JAPCO Mission Statement and Activities

JAPCO was founded with a mission to promote the sound business practices, development and progress of its PCO-related member organizations in Japan. Through these member-focused efforts, JAPCO seeks to contribute to the overall quality of PCO services and the development of the congress services industry in Japan.

To achieve its objectives, JAPCO is involved in a wide range of activities that include:

• Encouraging the improvement of its members' expertise and quality of services
• Promoting goodwill, interactions and information exchanges among its members
• Serving as a liaison for exchanging information with other congress services-related organizations in Japan and abroad
• Inviting international conventions and conferences to be held in Japan and providing support to promote such upcoming events
• Publishing a variety of public relations and informational media on PCO-related business issues
